Beginners' Hatha Yoga

This 75 minute class is designed for those students who are looking to begin a yoga practice or continue diving into the practice of yoga after completing the Hatha Yoga Beginners' Series course. This class is designed to continue educating students on the benefits of Hatha yoga while working towards learning new postures at a slower pace. Class time will be dedicated to movement, unlike the educational series course. No yoga experience necessary.
