Hatha Yoga Beginners' Series
SUNDAYS 6pm - $100/person
This basic Hatha Beginner course is a 9-week session for people who have never done yoga before or who are looking to go back to the basics. It is an introduction to a basic group of yoga poses (asanas), basic breath practices (pranayama), and deep relaxation (savasana). This course sensitizes students to their own body signals and helps them address their physical strengths and weaknesses. Classes begin April 8, 2018 and run consecutively for 9 weeks ending on June 3, 2018.
