This 75 minute class is designed for those with some yoga experience who are looking to reconnect the mind, body, and soul. Class will combine the elements of a vinyasa style flow and pranayama in a warmer room set to music. This class is designed to slow down the energy of our normal busy lives and work on connecting the asanas (poses) to breath. Feel the burn as you build muscle, gain strength, and increase flexibility while working towards finding a deeper connection in the body and the breath. Males and females welcome; basic knowledge of yoga preferred.
