Yoga means union; to bring together your mind, body, and spirit. Hatha yoga is an act of balance. Starting by bringing heat into the body with a little vinyasa. Moving into asana (postures), connecting your breath (pranayama) with each movement. All the while trying to bring peace to your mind and body with meditation. Hatha yoga, a balance of your mind, body, and breath in every movement, on and off your mat. This is a great class for beginners, but all levels welcome!
